PROJECT MANAGEMENT SOLUTION FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM BUSINESSES (SHAREPOINT + PROJECT PRO)

A small construction company wanted to automate project management processes, but full-scale deployment of Microsoft Project was too expensive and complicated. We have designed a custom-tailored solution that has met all automation expectations, and allowed to estimate project profitability by each spending category (and employee). To minimize the database size, we have used Metalogix StoragePoint (database size was decreased by 95%). The resulting solution consisted of project website with document library, discussion board, and project task list. It fully integrates with Microsoft Project Professional that is used by project managers.

AUTOMATION OF DOCUMENTS GENERATION COMPLIANT WITH INDUSTRY STANDARDS (IN CONSTRUCTION)

Automatic creation of all project documentation for all construction phases in strict accordance with government/industry standards and requirements. Preparation and verification of balance sheets, agreements, acts and contracts (in Excel and Word formats that are convenient for end users).

CLOUD DATA STORAGE (DOCUMENTS ARCHIVE)

Storing data in the cloud allowed to guarantee security and 24/7 availability of corporate documents, as well as user collaboration from anywhere in the world. All employees have got fast, convenient and secure access to shared data in accordance with their rights. The solution allowed for: collaborative editing, data access rights separation, storing of all version history, accidental damage (threats) protection, and data access audit.

BIG DATA: CREDIT RISK PORTFOLIO EVALUATION (NATIVE AZURE APP)

To estimate funding possibility, financial companies frequently need to evaluate and control various risks – like interest rate, liquidity, funding risks that form market risk and directly influence risk to net interest income and value risks... We proposed a custom-tailored, native Azure system that helps a Head of Treasury and/or ALCO (Asset/Liability Committee) with these tasks. It assesses 4 groups of risks - Basis Risk, Mismatch Risk, Yield Curve Risk, Optionality Risk; uses ОАS (option-adjusted-spread valuation) principle and discount cash flow analysis. Based on market yield curves, user modelling settings, and portfolio transactional data, the system processes all income and outcome and finally calculates risk levels for the financial institution – using cleaned data array without personally identifiable

A COLLABORATION PORTAL FOR A DEVELOPMENT COMPANY

During fulfillment of the construction projects, development companies have to deal with large amounts of various types of documentation (like plans, sheets, drawings etc) that can be in varying formats. They frequently need to provide employees with access to different versions of the same file from distant locations (both offices and construction sites), have the ability to open a particular version, collaborate on it, and ensure information security. We have developed a system that stores all the data in one the central space, provides convenient search and versioning capabilities, and ensures remote access. Employees became able to collaborate on various types of documents simultaneously from several locations.

CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS APPROVAL MANAGEMENT

This product is designed for in-house negotiation (requests, approvals) of various legal documents and actions – contracts, agreements, documents, etc. It handles full lifecycle starting from document creation, following review and approvals by different roles with varying permissions, through its archival and secure storage, and supports most modern mobile devices (smartphones and tablets).

PAYMENTS APPROVAL MANAGEMENT

The solution ensures timely approval of payment requests (placed by employees) and track their further payment upon approval.

ON-SITE SERVICE MANAGEMENT

This software automates work of technical service mobile agents (technicians) and ensures proper and timely service of scheduled check-ups as well as resolution of incidents at remote sites serviced by the company. The mobile technicians get list of objects to be serviced; report work done back to the company (including agent name, place, date and time of service); prepare reports of all service works fulfilled at all covered sites, and monitor that scheduled service times are met as per contract obligations. Additional functions – geolocation that demonstrates where the service has been delivered; gathering of data about the state of serviced objects for future analysis; provision of online access to technical and service information on equipment by technicians (documentation, fault list, service manuals, etc); visual business analytics (with maps).

DEPLOYMENT OF MARKETING CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON MICROSOFT PROJECT

We have designed a system to handle lifecycle of marketing projects based on Microsoft Project, that enabled collaboration of geographically dispersed employees and was fully integrated into the customer`s corporate information network. The solution is able to create complex task duration algorithms which are dependent on specific details of marketing campaigns; it supports simultaneous management of up to 1200 active projects (with up to 100 tasks in each project), and updates around 100 parameters of marketing projects daily.
